Protection

Protection Policy Welcome to Dungeon Ward: Offline Games. We are dedicated to protecting the security, fairness, and integrity of our platform. This Protection Policy outlines the practices we follow to ensure a trusted environment for all players and visitors interacting with our services, whether through the game itself or related online platforms. 1. Player Data Protection We treat the privacy of our users as a core responsibility: All personal and gameplay data is stored securely and processed only when necessary for core game functions or service improvements. Any data collected (such as preferences, settings, or offline progress) is handled in accordance with best security practices. We do not collect or store sensitive identifiers unless explicitly required for specific features (such as optional cloud sync or support requests). Encryption is used where applicable to secure data during local storage and communication with backend systems. 2. Offline Game Integrity As an offline-first title, Dungeon Ward is designed to operate independently of constant internet access. Nonetheless, we maintain strong protections against tampering and abuse: Game files are protected against unauthorized modification to ensure fair and balanced play. Attempts to exploit or manipulate game logic or progression systems are monitored through telemetry and in-game behavior patterns (if online sync is enabled). We reserve the right to restrict access to additional content or services if abuse is detected. 3. Anti-Tamper & Fair Play Standards We are committed to creating a fair and challenge-driven experience: Modification of game memory, resources, or internal logic using third-party software is strictly prohibited. Any detected use of cheats, trainers, debuggers, or automation tools may result in blocked access to future content updates or online-linked features. Progress earned through legitimate gameplay is always respected and protected. 4. Device-Level Security & Permissions Dungeon Ward requires limited device permissions to operate correctly and efficiently: Only essential permissions are requested (e.g., storage access for saving progress). No background tracking or personal information collection occurs outside of gameplay requirements. The app does not access contacts, messages, or sensitive device data under any circumstances. 5. Optional Cloud Features In some builds, players may be offered optional access to online features such as cloud save or leaderboards: Participation is voluntary and clearly indicated in the interface. Any synced data is transmitted securely and stored with appropriate protections. Players may opt out of connected features at any time without affecting core offline functionality. 6. Content Safety & User Experience We design Dungeon Ward to be safe for a wide audience of RPG and dungeon-crawling fans: The game does not include real-time chat, social messaging, or user-generated content that could pose a moderation risk. All in-game elements are tested to prevent inappropriate material, instability, or exploit opportunities. Content ratings are observed and respected based on regional guidelines. 7. Infrastructure and Maintenance Our technical infrastructure is actively maintained to ensure stability, especially for any services requiring online interaction: Servers used for cloud sync, if applicable, are protected with access controls and encrypted channels. We deploy security updates, bug fixes, and system improvements on a continuous basis. Backup systems are in place to preserve essential user data (if applicable) in case of technical failure. 8. Misuse and Enforcement Any attempts to misuse Dungeon Ward or its associated platforms are taken seriously: Abuse of refund systems, file manipulation, or unauthorized redistribution is prohibited. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to preserve the fairness and functionality of the game experience. Violations may result in access restrictions, content disablement, or support denial. 9. Changes to the Protection Policy This Protection Policy may be updated from time to time in response to changes in game systems, user feedback, or security improvements. Players are encouraged to review the policy periodically. Continued use of the game implies acceptance of the current policy.
